Road trip along the US West Coast

In june and july 2001 we flew to the westcoast of USA. This section of our homepage is about this trip, which takes you to through Californien, Arizona, Utah and Nevada in a rented car. In Californien you will experience a beautiful drive down highway 1 from San Francisco through Los Angeles ending at the mexican border. Find out what "Stinking Rose" is in frisco. If you still don't feel the heat, then head for Palm Springs. One of the main attractions in Arizona is the fabolous Grand Canyon. Here you can choose just to see it from the top on a day trip or go canyoning in the rivers for weeks. Visiting the Najavo indian reservation nearby is absolutely worth while. You can get an inside look at how they live and buy traditional handmade jewellery. The trip through Utah was pretty short as the main purpose was to get to the state of Nevada.
