The Journey Home

In just a few minutes, we'll be in Amsterdam and almost home! Our bodies were really tired, and it was tough to stay awake. We had three hours in Amsterdam before our next flight to Billund took off. Amsterdam Airport is one of the largest in Europe, with an incredible number of shops and attractions. Yes, there's even a casino, which we just had to check out. I lost some of the last dollars I had while playing all or nothing on the roulette! With two hours until our flight, something drastic had to be done... Luckily, there was a bar where we could grab a bunch of energy drinks and some alcohol! Yeah, we probably ended up a little tipsy. One hilarious moment was when we both fell off our chairs to loud applause from the crowd! After our layover in Amsterdam, we suddenly found ourselves back on Danish soil. Ready to step out and be greeted by our parents, who had brought flags for the occasion...
