Oceania and Asia Roundtrip

This extensive journey took us across 4 continents and 8 countries over 10 weeks. From Singapore, we continued to the east coast of Australia, where we enjoyed beach life on the Gold Coast and experienced wildlife at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Road trip in Australia We drove from the Gold Coast to Sydney via the Hunter Valley wine district, Port Stephens camping and the Blue Mountains. In Sydney, we spent fantastic days exploring the Opera House, harbor and the city's many attractions. New Zealand adventure After a cruise to New Zealand, we camped at several campsites. We visited the Hobbiton movie set, hiked the Redwoods Forest treetop trail, tried river rafting and completed the spectacular Tongariro Alpine Crossing hike. We also experienced Hot Water Beach, glow worm caves and Mount Taranaki volcano. Cruise in Australia Via Vanuatu, we continued with a cruise along the coast of South Australia. We visited Phillip Island, Port Lincoln, Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, where we experienced Australian wildlife and nature. Closing in Asia The trip ended with a beach stay in Bali, two visits to Singapore and finishing in Thailand on the islands of Ko Samui and Phuket, where we experienced the crazy Songkran festival.
