From Singapore to Bangkok

Today we did good deeds🤘Played garbage men for a couple of hours, collecting plastic waste on the beach. By chance, we got talking to a diving company that collects trash on the beach every Thursday. So why not join the good deed 🤩 On certain beaches on the island there is a lot of garbage 😩 Everything from plastic, lighters, shoes and diapers. It mainly comes from the neighboring island of Lombok, where, during heavy rains, the waste first goes into the rivers, then into the sea and finally ends up on the beaches. Only foreigners participated in the work😰 The locals on the island have previously received the bid, but have expressed irritation at having to participate in a cleanup that they believe does not come from their own island. But if you look in the locals' backyards, there's plenty of waste there too. So they're not entirely innocent 🧐 In Indonesia (and many other countries), people don't have the same relationship with waste as we do in Denmark. We can be super proud of that🤗 All 4 of us were involved in the work. Alberte and Villads were very persistent 😎 In fact, we continued the collection after the event was over 😗
