Today we are in Port Lincoln, South Australia. The second stop on the cruise. However, this post is a little more about the cruise... The last time we sailed with Princess Cruise, it was a very mixed crowd. This time we ended up on a retirement ship with relatively elderly Australians 😅 We are talking really old, where some of them will probably put the clogs in the near future and where the walker is indispensable 🙃 The ship's elevator works around the clock to service the elderly, so we young people have to take the stairs 🙃 We will probably have countless 'emergencies' where the helicopter comes for 'tired' elderly, which will be very natural ... It's actually very nice, as Australia is very outgoing and we have many pleasant conversations. In general, Australians are a really good acquaintance. Outgoing and have the attitude and constantly say 'No Worries'. It is extremely reassuring 😙 There are still families with kids, kids club and things to keep our kids busy 🤘 But nothing like the last ship we were on here in Australia. We were talking to an Australian lady the other day and Mette exclaims: "Nice to talk to a young person" The lady then told us that she was 75.... That's the level we're talking about here 😅
