Canary Islands cruise and island hopping
A Christmas and New Year adventure with a Canary Islands cruise, volcano hikes, La Gomera, La Palma and an unexpected stop in Morocco.
A Christmas and New Year's trip to the Canary Islands – starting in Málaga with 300 sunny days a year, before we board a cruise to Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, and Tenerife. We also visit the beautiful island of La Gomera, which can only be reached by ferry. Along the way, we will also make a stop in Agadir, Morocco 🇲🇦 From Lanzarote's dramatic Timanfaya National Park with over 100 volcanoes to Tenerife's sun-drenched southern coast – here are contrasts. We experience both mass tourism and authentic islands like La Gomera and La Palma, where the pace is slower and nature is more dominant. We "miss" the ship on La Palma intentionally 😱⛴️ to explore the island's wild nature, Ruta de los Volcanes, black lava beaches, and cozy villages. From the sand dunes at Dunas de Maspalomas to the volcanic crater Caldera de Bandama – a journey full of sun, nature, and experiences in the midst of winter ☀️🌋
