Water Park Vinpearl

We woke up with a headache, but it wasn't because we felt guilty about spending too much money. We had only spent 50-60 kroner each. We had originally booked a snorkeling tour for today, but our heads weren't really up for it, so we changed the tour to tomorrow without any hassle. Instead, we went back to sleep. When we finally woke up, we rented a motorcycle again to find a shop that could fix Honny's glasses, which were missing a screw in the frame. We found a place with a very friendly man who fixed the glasses for free. We had lunch at TM Brother’s Cafe, which is also where you need to go if you want to catch a bus. We had booked our bus tickets the day before for the following day, so this was our last day here before heading north. Later in the afternoon, we drove over to the water park, Vinpearl. It cost 20,000 dong per ticket. There were wave pools, water slides, and zip lines. On our way back to the hotel, we passed by the beach, where a bunch of Vietnamese people were playing with kites alongside their kids. We struck up a conversation with a couple of Vietnamese girls who were very interested in us and our background. One was married and worked as an English teacher, but her English was pretty poor. The other girl worked at a furniture company and was "single," even though she had a boyfriend. In Vietnam, you're considered single until you're married. We found a restaurant for dinner that was packed with locals. Despite its popularity, the food was really bad unless you ordered Vietnamese dishes – which we didn’t.
