Last day on Santiago

Traveling between the islands of Cape Verde requires patience and flexible plans... There are ferries and flights between the islands, but both are very unreliable and there are often cancellations. Yesterday we received an email that our domestic flight to Sao Vicente on March 30 had unfortunately been canceled. Therefore, we made a quick decision to be rebooked for today, March 28. Then we lost 2 days of car rental on the island of Santiago, where we are right now. But it will be fine. All accommodation and flights are booked, so there is flexibility. Today we spent the day driving around and experiencing the island of Santiago. Really exciting😙 Right now we are sitting at the airport waiting for our domestic flight at 15.20. We hope the flight is on time, but nothing is certain😅
