Argentina

Welcome to the wide open spaces, with the Andes in the west, the vast flat Pampas in the centre and the harsh barren in the south. This active holiday suits nature's endless possibilities with mountains, forests and water, as well as heat, cold and temperate climate. Argentina is very different from other countries in South America, the European influence in history makes it a modern and very European country to visit. This huge country, which is 60 times the size of Denmark, has had a turbulent time over the years with internal unrest, military rule, corruption and economic downturns. Today, thankfully, there is a tremendous drive and eagerness to get Argentina back on its feet and, of course, the hope that the Argentinian national football team will always win the World Cup.
