Rodeo at the Calgary Stampede

We were lucky enough to get last-minute tickets to the grand rodeo show at the Calgary Stampede 🤠🐂🎉 We paid around 350 DKK per ticket, including access to the Stampede grounds itself. Whether that was cheap or expensive, we never quite figured out 😅 There are also seats that cost several thousand kroner, depending on location and demand. Our tickets were resale tickets, meaning the original buyers had put them up for sale again through the official ticket platform. It’s a totally normal way to buy sold-out or extra tickets. The rodeo itself was a huge experience! 🤩 We saw bronc riding, barrel racing, steer wrestling, and the wildest of them all – bull riding 🐂💥 It’s truly impressive to see the brave cowboys try to stay on the back of a several-hundred-kilo, thoroughly unpredictable bull for up to 8 seconds. Wow, that takes some courage! 👏🇨🇦
