Back in Alice Springs

We're back in Alice Springs, where our whole outback adventure started. It's crazy to think that we're in such a depopulated part of the country that the nearest major cities are: - Darwin (approx. 1,500 km / 16-17 hours drive) - Adelaide (approx. 1,530 km / 15-16 hours drive) Alice Springs is truly in the middle of nowhere😋 - and that's part of the charm, but also the wildness of it. We've never been so "far out" before🤟 Prices in the supermarkets in Alice Springs are surprisingly comparable to those in Perth. Some things are more expensive than in Denmark, while others are cheaper. Cheese and butter are more expensive here, while sweets, milk, meat, fruit and vegetables are often cheaper. All in all, Australia is probably a bit cheaper than Denmark - especially if you shop at Aldi. The Australian dollar is also relatively low at the moment, making it even more advantageous to be a Danish tourist.
