Hilton Monastir and Sousse

Currently we are staying at Hilton *****. Not an expensive pleasure, only around 550kr for all 4 of us with sea view and huge breakfast buffet. A very impressive 5 ***** luxury hotel ✌️ Today we have been in Sousse and explored the city. We drive around in an old bucket of a rental car. Counting the dents on the car will take many hours 🤫 The traffic is a bit challenging, but we have experienced far worse 🚗 Tunisia is a cheap country, for example: Men's haircut at hairdresser 40kr (20kr for children) Dinner at local restaurant for all 4 of us with drinks ended with a bill of just 60kr. Entrance to the fort in Sousse. 2 adults and 2 children a total of 40kr. Yes, money goes a long way here🙏 Tunisians are super nice and curious. In Sousse, there are many shop owners who can speak Danish. About 15 years ago, there were a lot of Danish tourists here. Today, there are very few and few Danes choose the country as a travel destination. Everyone knows the reason.... In Tunisia, we experience a huge friendliness unlike our experiences in Morocco. We are pleasantly surprised ♥️
