Vent Day

Today is an extra waiting day since Mette won't arrive until tomorrow. I got up at 7:30 AM, had breakfast, and checked in at the hostel's reception to see what I could do to pass the time. They suggested I head to the Westland area, where there's a small market with wooden figures right across from a big shopping center called "Sarit Center." I spent a few hours there and bought some handmade wooden figures for Honny, including a mask and a Maasai warrior. I also killed some time by catching a movie (Flight 93) and wandering around the shopping center. After that, I returned to the hostel and spent a cozy evening with the other guests. I chatted with Lisbeth and Sarah, a couple of Danish girls who were also staying there, until I headed off to bed.
