Playa Ancon
We cycled to the very beatiful beach Playa Ancon near trinidad on Cuba
The beach is approx. 12 km from the city, so its a good idea to rent bicycles - road and forth broadly goes straight out. Otherwise, the bus often to do so. Although the road goes straight ahead may well feel hard with a hangover after yesterdays many Mojitos. Before we biked there, we changed Casa Particulara. Our previous hosts are sweet but incredibly bad at cooking. We now live in a place that we found on tripadvisor.com. The price is 25 CUC instead of 15 CUC, but also works a lot better. We ate morgemad here which was good and great. Our new Casa is very well maintained. The kitchen also looks incredibly bluntly. Served extremely inviting. Playa Ancon is beautiful. White sand and beautiful turquoise colored water. A nice place to relax with or without a hangover: o) The water is just as great as in Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico. The beach is just not as broad as in Tulum and Cancun, Mexico. One should not forget anything when you go on holiday in Cuba. Many things exist only in a limited way or not at all. An airline had lost one tourist luggage - which was not to find some places. He went back to buy new clothes, which soon proved to be almost impossible - even in Havana. In the first it was difficult even to find some clothes, then it was hard to find the right size. Underpants and stockings were virtually non-existent. Every time you come into a store, half the shelves empty. It looks like that has just been a bunch of robbers through the store - but such is life in Cuba. It is impossible to buy any candy, - but if youre lucky, you can buy a bag of chips, ice cream or a biscuit. But it is best to stay away from ice that is often the cause of indigestion. Weve met people who ask if we can do without any clothes. They are not poor, its just hard to grab things.
