Hiking in the French Alps

Today we went hiking in the French Alps 🫶 We took the cable car up about 2 kilometers from the center of Chamonix. After that we had a 2 hour long hike. The route was called "Grand Balcon Sud" and is an amazing route. Really beautiful mountain landscapes and views of the valley and the surrounding towns ♥️⛰️☀️😎 --- For the next 3 days, we rented an apartment via Airbnb with a private terrace. We have a really nice view of the mountains. From here we are currently enjoying our morning coffee ☕️ A few meters from the terrace there is a view of breathing hikers struggling up the mountain. In summer, beautiful hikes are on the program. In winter, skiing ⛷️ Such a case costs approx. 800kr per night for the whole family, but we are also in the absolute high season ☀️
