Canoe trip on the Swan River

🛶🌿 Cape Cod also offers more than beaches, cosy coastal towns and summer vibes. Today we went on a canoe trip on the Swan River. Along the way we got right up close to nature, spotting crabs, birds and the many small holes along the bank that the crabs dig. 🦀😊 We also pulled in at a small, deserted island, where it was just us. The kids also thought it was a really good experience. 🇺🇸
