Saudi Arabia gave us Riyadh, desert and an ATV adventure on a journey through a country changing rapidly and still receiving few Western tourists.
Saudi Arabia was an unusual destination, with society and tourism in the midst of major change. We explored Riyadh and rode ATVs in the desert south of the city before continuing on a Gulf cruise, gaining a rare view of a country only beginning to open more widely.
