Malta
Malta gave us a week in the Mediterranean with historic towns, rocky coastline, sunshine and a culture shaped by many different peoples over time.
Malta is a small island nation with unusually dense history and a clear blend of European and North African influences. We spent a week there and especially remember the golden townscapes, rugged coastline and the feeling that the past is visible almost everywhere.
