Kuwait was one stop on our Middle East journey, giving us a brief view of a modern Gulf state shaped by oil, urban life and desert.
Kuwait is a small Persian Gulf state with a modern capital surrounded by desert. We visited during our journey through Oman, the Emirates and Kuwait; the stay was brief, but added another perspective on the Gulf states’ cities, wealth and arid landscapes.
