We experienced Kazakhstan together with Kyrgyzstan on a Central Asian journey of vast distances, modern cities and landscapes opening towards the mountains.
Kazakhstan is a vast country between Europe and Asia, shaped by steppe and immense distances. On our journey through Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan we experienced the contrast between modern urban environments and open Central Asian landscapes before continuing towards higher mountains and more nomadic traditions.
